The Nevada State Democratic Party has obtained documentation which proves that Rep. Jim Gibbons, the GOP candidate for Nevada Governor, knowingly employed a nanny who was an undocumented worker (pdf).
From the story as reported by KLAS (local Las Vegas news): The woman, Patricia Pastor Sandoval, says she worked for the Gibbons' for years and the family occasionally made her hide in the basement to keep her illegal status a secret. Here's the video of the story, as reported by KLAS last night.
By contrast, according to this crazy anti-immigration group, Jim Gibbons earns a career B+ for his voting record on immigration. (He even ranks 95th in the entire House, beating out 131 other Republicans!)
